HUBCO Green provides access to a network of EV charging stations. Availability, pricing, and charging speeds may vary by location and are subject to change.

5. Payments & Fees

Charging session rates are displayed in the HGL app before you start a session. All fees are due immediately upon completion of a session.

6. Host Partnerships

Site hosts who partner with HUBCO Green to install chargers are subject to a separate partnership agreement in addition to these Terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse our chargers, app, or website, including by damaging equipment, interfering with other users, or attempting unauthorised access.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HUBCO Green is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
